Document Processing
Stop Retyping. Start Processing.
Documents are the unstructured majority of every service operation — invoices, intake forms, certificates, applications, receipts. AI reads them. Your team validates in seconds. Structured records land in your systems.

Every service company receives documents that need to become data. Invoices typed into accounting. Applications keyed into the CRM. Receipts retyped from email. Certificates checked for expiry. The work is mechanical, expensive, and the signal that doesn't make it into the database stays invisible to the operation.
This is where the practice started — before customer service, before the Cortex. Our first deployments built configurable intake forms that pre-populated when you clicked an attached document. The human stayed in the loop — validated, corrected, saved. Manual data entry collapsed from minutes to seconds. That work taught us the central lesson of building the Company Memory: AI is fast once the data exists, and almost everyone underestimates the work to make it exist.
Today we deploy production-grade document pipelines on services like AWS Textract (layout-aware extraction), Comprehend (entity extraction), and Comprehend Medical (clinical NLP for healthcare-adjacent operations). What was a wow-demo on a single document is now a routine ingest pipeline running at thousands per week. Documents stop being dead weight. They become queryable structured records — the largest reservoir of operational signal a service company has.
